Developmental Feedback
Psychometrics and other developmental feedback tools are a great way to find out about what makes us and others tick. I offer a wide range of assessment tools and 360/multi-rater feedback as well as a full development planning service. I hold a PhD in the use of feedback in developing leaders and specialise in designing ‘feedback rich’ learning environments. I am qualified by the BPS as a Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality (Level A and B) to administer and interpret psychometric profiles and other personality instruments.
